Age
32 Years to 76 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. histological diagnosis of melanoma; 2. with unresectable multiple/disseminated liver metastasis; 3. failure of first-line systemic therapies or liver-directed therapies, or refuse these treatments; 4. performance score 0 or 1 on the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Performance Scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. receiving additional therapies except for these two treatment approaches before disease progression; 2. with other malignancies; 3. With active or a documented history of autoimmune disease.
