Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sepsis; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Patients under PiCCO monitoring; 4. Unstability of nhemodynamics; 5. Patients under mechanical ventilation treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. non-sepsis induced unstability of nhemodynamics; 2. Patients with severe chronic heart failure, arrhythmia, valvular heart disease, IAH and PVD; 3. Patients with severe common carotid artery stenosis(>50%); 4. Pregnant woman; 5. Patients completing fluid resuscitation; 6. Refused or incapable to PiCCO monitor.
