18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Being conscious and able to communicate orally or in writing; (2) Aged between 18-70 years old; (3) KPS score >=70 points, Barthel self-care ability score >=60 points; (4) Liver, kidney and heart function are normal; (5) Without contraindications to PICC catheterization in the bilateral upper extremity; (6) Without experiences of central venous catheterization before; (7) Red blood cell count, platelet count, D-dimer, international normalized ratio and blood coagulation test are normal; (8) The expected duration of PICC >=14 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With thrombotic disease previously or currently; (2) With any diseases affecting hemodynamic status; (3) Used drugs that have an effect on platelet and blood coagulation status in the past three months.
