Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complying with the diagnostic criteria of CAP and SCAP with invasive mechanical ventilation; 2. Aged >=18 years old, male and female are not limited; 3. Voluntary participation in this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Bronchiectasis; 3. Active pulmonary tuberculosis; 4. Five weeks before the onset of the disease, there is a history of hospitalization, this infection can not exclude hospital acquired infections; 5. HIV -positive patients; 6. unable and/or unable to understand and/or implement the investigation program.
