18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Enlisted in the birth registry of Beijing Daxing District People's Hospital-Capital Medical University Daxing Teaching Hospital and will birth at the aformentioned location; 2. Women aged between 18 and 40 years; 3. Less than 12 gestional week when recruited as measured by last menstrual period; 4. Residents of Huangcun, Daxing and intend to remain residing in Huangcun, Daxing for at least two years postpartumly; 5. Written consent form. 6. Able to communicate in written and spoken Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Still birth; 2. Late abortion; 3. Rare comorbidities including tumor, birth defects (congenital heart disease, diaphragmatic hernia, Hirschsprung's disease), intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, acute fatty liver disease, complete placenta previa, eclampsia,
