Interventions

experimental group:An inflatable cuff was used for 3 cycles of lower extremity ischemia (to exceed the pressure of brachial artery systolic blood pressure (30mmHg) and 5 minutes of reperfusion.
control group:An inflatable cuff was used for 3 cycles of 5-minute pressure treatment (at 40mmHg pressure) and 5-minute pressure-free binding.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pulmonary hypertension patients undergoing pulmonary vascular intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with occlusive vasculitis or arteritis involving lower extremity arteries; 2 Patients with venous thrombosis of lower extremities and 3 Patients who could not tolerate ischemic treatment of lower extremities (such as severe disability of lower extremities, recent stress fractures, severe burns and breakage of skin, etc.).
