Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) diagnosis of talus osteochondral injury; 2) subjects have not received any other drug or other treatment with the same effect half month before treatment; 3) bone scan showed obvious radioactive uptake of both ankle joints; 4) voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) ankle operation; 2) inflammatory ankle arthritis or joint infection; 3) neuropathic joint disease; 4) reactive arthritis; 5) acute ankle injury; 6) gout arthritis; 7) severe liver and kidney diseases; 8) local ankle joint infection or ulcer; 9) skin allergy to traditional Chinese medicine; 10) diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 11) intellectual and mental disorders, inability to judge pain, activity and general conditions, and inability to independently complete the questionnaire.
