Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets ONFH diagnostic criteria; 2. The subjects did not receive other drugs or other treatments with the same effect within the first half month of treatment; 3. Bone scan showed obvious bone tracer uptake of the affected hip joint; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Younger than 18 years; 2. Tuberculosis of the hip; 3. Suppurative hip joint; 4. Osteoarthritis secondary to acetabular dysplasia; 5. Ankylosing spondylitis involving the hip; 6. Rheumatoid arthritis; 7. Endochondroblastoma of femoral head; 8. Pigmented villonodular synovitis; 9. Bone infarction; 10. Severe heart, lung, and kidney failure; 11. Allergic to anesthetics; 12. Intellectual and mental disorders, inability to judge pain, activity and general conditions, and inability to complete questionnaires independently.
