Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65, heart valve replacement operation, warfarin should be taken for more than 1 year and the informed consent has been signed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe complications; Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; Patients with diseases of the blood system; Patients with malignant tumors; Patients that need to take other antithrombotic drugs; Patients that cannot comply with the study
