Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) before into any assessment, must sign the informed consent; (2) aged 18-80 years old male or female; (3) the patient was diagnosed with asthma or COPD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patients with any respiratory chronic disease that the researchers think that can interfere the evaluation or the best condition of participation in research; Those diseases includes (but not limited to) tuberculosis (except the healed tuberculosis determined by chest X-ray), the bronchiectasis with clinical significance, interstitial lung disease, cystic bronchiectasis; (2) The patient had lung cancer or had a history of lung cancer; (3) Patients suffering from cancer, activity, or a history of cancer and progression free survival are less than five years. Expect patients who have localized skin basal cell carcinoma (no transfer); (4) The patient has acquired immunodeficiency disease; (5) Patients with a history of abusing alcohol or narcotic drugs, or mental illness (such as schizophrenia, force disease, depression), against character, bad motives, suspicious or other emotional or mental and intelligent issues that may affect participation; (6) According to the researcher's judgment, the patient has clinically significant diseases, such as (but not limited to these diseases) unstable anemic heart disease, arrhythmia(except stable atrial fibrillation), uncontrolled hypertension or other meaningful cardiac disease or conduction defect, uncontrolled hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, hypokalemia, high adrenaline state, people with type 1 diabetes, or has not been controlled type 2 diabetes; or according to the researchers determine may affect the safety of patients or compliance, interfere with results evaluation or the complete research; (7) Pregnancy or lactation woman , of which the pregnancy is defined from pregnancy to termination of pregnancy, and the blood pregnancy test was positive; (8) Patients who can't cooperate tests.
