Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 itchy or burning chronic urticarial rash with individual lesions persisting for more than 24 hours; 2 vasculitis confirmed by skin biopsy; 3 aged more than 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 chronic infections such as tuberculosis, HIV, or malignancies within 5 years prior to enrolment; 2 during pregnancy or lactation period; 3 suffering from other active systemic inflammatory diseases; 4 concurrently treated with other biologics, immunomodulating or immunosuppressive drugs including corticosteroids.
