Interventions

The control group:Two grams of corn oil capsules per day
The experimental group:Two grams of fish oil and 800IU of vitamin D capsules per day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Requirements: waist >= 90cm (male), >= 80cm (female) Any two of the following four factors are met simultaneously: 1 TG >= 1.7nnol/L or received corresponding treatment; 2 high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c): = 130mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 85mmHg, or have been previously diagnosed with hypertension and received treatment; 4 fasting blood glucose (FPG) >= 5.6mmol/L or diabetes has been diagnosed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 volunteers took fish oil, vitamin A, vitamin D and calcium tablets within 3 months; 2 pregnant or breast-feeding women; 3 severe kidney, liver, heart or mental illness; 4 a history of cancer or alcohol abuse; 5 aged under 30 years or over 65 years.
