30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ultrasonic selection meets the standards; 2. Aged 30 to 65 years (including 30 and 65); 3. Female volunteers ALT>19U/L, male volunteers ALT>30U/L; 4. Voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Alcohol intake exceeds 20g/d; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. The volunteers had any form of liver disease, such as hereditary hemochromatosis, Wilson's disease, and alpha1-antitrypsin deficiency. 4. Volunteers took any form of hepatotoxic drugs; 5. The volunteers took fish oil, vitamin A, vitamin D and calcium tablets within 6 months.
