18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Diagnosis of atrial fibrillation by ECG or Holter; 3. Due to coronary atherosclerotic heart disease or valvular heart disease, patients need to undergo cardiac surgery, and part of myocardial tissue is cut down due to surgical requirements; 4. Voluntary use of intraoperative isolated tissues for scientific research with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Post-cardiac surgery or POSt-cardiac radiofrequency ablation; 2. Family history of atrial fibrillation, immune diseases and other basic diseases that may cause gene differential expression; 3. Malignancies and other end-stage diseases that affect life expectancy.
