QLB group:quadratus lumbar block with ropivacaine

Control group:quadratus lumbar block with saline

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients undergoing elecitve open gastrointestinal surgery; 2 Aged 18 to 80 years; 3 Body mass index was 15~30 kg/m2; 4 The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) is I ~ III level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulation dysfunction, infection at puncture site, severe heart and lung disease, hepatic and renal insufficiency, chronic pain disease, mental illness, self-expression disorder.
