Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10-13 years; 2. Blood pressure level reached the diagnostic criteria of prehypertension and hypertension; 3. Did not take vitamin A supplements, beta carotene supplements, or vitamin A complex supplements for nearly 1 year; 4. Parents and children both signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking antihypertensive drugs; 2. Hypertension with obvious clinical symptoms; 3. Secondary hypertension; 4. Severe kidney, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, endocrine disease; 5. The guardian refused to sign the informed consent.
