20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA class II-III; 2. Aged between 20 and 65 years; 3. after the intubation of the breath tube, and by the experienced anesthesiologist one-time successful catheterization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent history of upper respiratory tract infection, acute and chronic pharyngitis; 2. previous history of throat surgery; 3. cough, throat discomfort; 4. difficult airway and one-time intubation failure; 5. previous allergic history of atomized drugs; 6. There are consciousness disorders and expression disorders.
