Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Constipation group: Children who was admitted to the Pediatric Outpatient Clinic of Peking University Third Hospital, and diagnosed with functional constipation by the Pediatric Digestive Professional Group was based on the diagnostic criteria for Roman IV (G7 standard under 4 years old, H3a standard over 4 years old). Children diagnosed with functional constipation agree to sign an informed consent form and can cooperate with the retention of stool specimens. Healthy control group: Same age as the constipation group, the healthy and not constipated children who were reviewed at the Peking University Third Hospital Children's Health Care Center.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have "Warning symptoms" of suspected organic diseases: The first bowel movement occurred 48 hours after birth, constipation within 1 month after birth, family history of congenital megacolon, flat strips of feces, no anal fissure but fecal blood, Developmental stagnation, biliary vomiting, severe abdominal distension, thyroid abnormalities, abnormal anal position, loss of anal reflex or cremaster reflex, lower limb muscle strength/tension/reflex decline, shallow humeral depression, clustered hair on the spine, gluteal eccentricity, Anal scars; 2. The application history of antibiotics and probiotics preparations within 4 weeks before enrollment; 3. Disagree with follow-up and retention of specimens; 4. There are other long-term diseases; 5. Participate in other interventional trials.
