Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Assessment of risk factors for AKI induced by vancomycin 1) Patients admitted in each center from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2018; 2) Patients' aged >=18 years old; 3) Vancomycin was prescribed by the physician. 2. Assessment of risk factors for AKI induced by chronic disease drugs 1) Outpatients admitted in each center from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2018; 2) Patients' aged >=18 years old; 3) Chronic disease drugs were prescribed by the physician.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Assessment of risk factors for AKI induced by vancomycin: 1) Patients with chronic kidney disease 5 stage (receiving regular hemodialysis); 2) Patient with nephrectomy during this hospitalization. 2. Assessment of risk factors for AKI induced by chronic disease drugs: 1) Patients with chronic kidney disease 5 stage (receiving regular hemodialysis).
