40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; and confirmed by CT or MRI; (2) Patients with first onset of stroke; unilateral limb paralysis, the onset time is 1 month to 1 year; (3) Aged 40 to 80 years; (4) Walk at least 10 meters with or without assistance; (5) At least one side of the lower extremity motor function Brunnstrom >= 3; (7) The patient's vital signs are stable; (8) Those who agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, complicated with acute diseases of the heart, brain, kidney and other organs; (2) Complications associated with severe emphysema, myocardial infarction and other restricted activities; (3) Patients with diabetic foot and peripheral neuropathy; (4) Patients with alzheimer's disease or severe cognitive impairment (MMSE<17), consciousness disorder, and mental disorder; (5) Serious communication barriers exist; (6) Limited movement caused by osteoarthritis of all joints of the lower limbs; (7) Complications associated with other neurological diseases, vestibular or cerebellar dysfunction, severe orthopedic diseases and complications affecting rehabilitation training.
