Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the patient was clearly diagnosed as epileptic; (2) the patient was taking some aromatic antiepileptic drugs for the first time; (3) the patient signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the patients took aromatic antiepileptics for less than 3 months, and the reason for discontinuation was not due to adverse skin reactions caused by aromatic antiepileptics; (2) the patients were added with another or more aromatic antiepileptics during follow-up; (3) the patients were lost to follow-up.
