control group:previously undergone craniotomy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.the patient is the first surgery; 2.Endoscopic assisted surgery; 3.the tumor diameter of 3-5cm; 4.the surgery is the same operator; 5.agree with endoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with poor general health conditions; 2.the tumor surrounds the important blood vessels, nerves around.
