Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. elder patients aged over 60 years; 2. undergoing scheduled craniotomy surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. emergency surgery; 2. patients with a known infection at the time of surgery; 3. patients with dysfunction of consciousness are unable to communicate with others normally.
