Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.elder patients who aged over 60 years; 2.undergoing scheduled craniotomy surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with a known infection at the time of surgery; 2.patients with dysfunction of consciousness are unable to communicate with others normally; 3.preoperative inotropic/vasoactive medication usage.
