Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria of PBC are in line with the diagnostic guidelines for PBC in the 2015 Chinese Medical Association Liver Diseases Branch "Diagnosis and Treatment Consensus for Primary Biliary Cirrhosis". The gender is not limited, the age is 18 to 80 years old. The research plan was approved by the Ethics Committee of Beijing You'an Hospital, and the prospective patients signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Combined with chronic HBV, HCV, CMV, EBV infection or other causes of hepatitis and cirrhosis caused by alcohol, drugs; 2 Liver failure 3 combining primary liver cancer or liver metastases; 4 combined with fatty liver or severe cardiac insufficiency, organic kidney disease; 5 pregnant women.
