Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.For Children: (1) In line with the diagnostic criteria, and Gartland type classification for II or III need on the surgical treatment of humeral condyle fracture; (2) Treatment methods: closed/open reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation + plaster bracket external fixation; (3) Children aged 6, 7-12 years (school age-puberty, school age); (4) Those who, through publicity and mobilization, know about the experiment and voluntarily participate in signing the informed consent. 2. For Parents: (1) Cognitive ability, understanding ability and language communication ability are normal; (2) Those who, through publicity and mobilization, know about the experiment and voluntarily participate in signing the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.For Children: (1) Open supracondylar fracture of humerus; (2) Old supracondylar fracture of humerus; (3) Pathological supracondylar fracture of humerus, such as rickets, bone tumors and osteogenesis incompleteness; (4) Complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction and other systemic diseases; (5) Cannot accept follow-up after operation for various reasons; (6) Use other treatment means, difficult to judge the research results or have a significant impact on the research results. 2.For Parents: (1) Postoperative follow-up was unacceptable for various reasons. (2) Those who are participating in other research projects.
