Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Definition and diagnostic criteria for HFpEF in the 2016 European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute and Chronic Heart Failure. The guidelines state that the following conditions must be met for the diagnosis of HFpEF: Symptoms and/or signs of heart failure; ejection fraction retention (LVEF >=50%); BNP >=35 pg/mL and/or NTproBNP >= 125 pg/mL; objective evidence of other cardiac structural or functional changes that cause heart failure The key structural change was an increase in left atrial volume index (LAVI >=34 mL/m2), or an increase in left ventricular mass index (LVMI), male >=115 g/m2 and female >=95 g/m2. A key functional change is E/e' >=13, or the average spacing and sidewall e' 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Myocarditis; 2) combined with other structural heart diseases, such as valvular disease, congenital heart disease, etc.; 3) combined with endocrine diseases such as hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 4) has received pacing therapy; 5) Combined with severe systemic diseases; 6) Severe lung disease; 7) Combined with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 8) claustrophobia; 9) Reluctance to participate in the project research or not sign the informed consent form.
