Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pressure ulcers in accordance with the definition of pressure ulcers III, IV; 2. Meet the biofilm 6 clinical diagnostic criteria; 3. Body temperature and blood sugar are normal; 4. Aged 18-70 years old; 5. Signed informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. tumor wound or cancerous wound; 2. large blood vessels exposed or bleeding wounds; 3. secondary systemic infection; 4. other systemic infections requiring systemic use of antibiotics; 5. unprovoked fistula; 6. untreated osteomyelitis
