Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The lesion involving ileocecal mucosa or submucosa, muscularis requiring endoscopic resection; 2. Endoscopic mucosal resection can not completely remove the lesion; 3. Submucosal tunnel can not be successfully established owing to severe submucosal fibrosis; 4. Surgery should be performed to suspected appendic lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious inflammation or huge ulcers in the lesion; 2. Participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases; 5. Can not cooperate owing to mental disorders; 6. Ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, intestinal tuberculosis can not Enteroscopy; 7. Patients with intestinal perforation; 8. Patients within 30 days of stroke; 9. Patients with blood diseases, coagulopathy; 10. Allergic to anesthesia analgesics; 11. The investigator believes that there are any other conditions that are not suitable for participating in the clinical trial.
