70 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=70 years; 2. chest enhanced CT results of selected patients should meet the following conditions: suspected non-small cell lung cancer; GGO dominant non-solid nodules; 3. intraoperative standards: no obvious dense adhesion or vascular variation during the operation, and uni-portal VATS segmentectomy or lobectomy can be successfully completed; 4. Obtaining informed consent signed by the patient or his legal representative; 5. Functional reserve of each organ can satisfy lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. inability to follow the research protocol or procedures; 2. patients who have received chest surgery; 3. a history of other malignancies in the last 5 years; 4. any instability of illness, including: uncontrolled hypertension, unstable angina, congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction,severe arrhythmia, liver, kidney, or metabolic disease; 5. uncontrolled infections; 6. mixed small-cell lung cancer components; 7. mental illness; 8. other conditions that researchers consider it inappropriate to join the group.
