Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 years of age and older, ASA physical status 113, Scheduled for elective surgery, NYHA score 1-2; BMI 18-27 kg /m2; obtaining written informed consent from patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gastro-esophageal reflux disease or gastric surgery history; cognitive impairment disease, diabetes mellitus,Parkinson's disease; long-term glucocorticoid treatment
