18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged >= 18 years; 2) able to get tested in hospital at regular intervals; 3) able to sign consent independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) night shift work more than once a week; 2) taking other types of fasting in the last 8 weeks; 3) drinking alcohol more than twice a week; 4) pregnant, with gastrointestinal abnormalities or eating disorder, or systematic disease; 5) taking corticosteroid drugs, ß-receptor blocker or other drugs that may affect test results; 6) diagnosed with diabetes or other serious diseases; 7) insomnia.
