Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed as chronic renal failure,and establish tunneled cuffed hemodialysis catheter for hemodialysis; 2) Male and female aged 18 to 75 years; 3) Hemodialysis was performed regularly, 2-3 times a week, 3-5 hours each time, and the blood flow was 200 ml/min-250 ml/min. 4) Voluntary signature of "informed consent".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who use peritoneal dialysis or have arteriovenous fistula at the same time; 2) Those with bleeding or serious bleeding tendency; 3) Leukocyte count 10x10^9/L and platelet count 300x10^9/L; 4) Those with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and lung diseases; 5) Severe infections such as sepsis or blood-borne infectious diseases; 6) known HIV positive; 7) Suffering from other serious diseases, such as active, residual malignant tumors and cirrhosis of the liver, etc. 8) Extreme body shape (height >190 cm or height 33 kg/m2), excessive weight loss (BMI <18.5 kg/m2); 9) Those who have poor compliance and can not be treated according to the plan; 10) Researchers believe that patients cannot participate in any other situation of the trial.
