Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Years of Education > 6 years; 3. All subjects must be volunteers and willing to sign the written informed consent; 4. The patients must meet the definitions for the terms epileptic seizure and epilepsy and the classification of seizure types issued by the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) and the International Bureau for Epilepsy (IBE) in the year of 2014 and 2017 respectively; 5. Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 self-report scale (GAD-7) confirms anxiety; 6. The patients must be diagnosed as Anxiety Disorder based on the diagnostic criteria of Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview(MINI)which is in according with Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV); 7. Patients have received the antiepileptic drugs(AED)therapy and the plasma concentration of AED reached the steady-state.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Symptomatic epilepsy; 2.Severe or extensive brain damage; 3.The patients have taken antipsychoticsantidepressants or anti-anxiety medicines for some time. 4.The patients have other accompanying diseases besides epilepsy. 5.The patients lack understanding and communication ability to comply. 6.The patients have hearing loss or speech disorder. 7.The patients have consciousness impairment and status epilepticus (SE). 8.The patients had a history of alcohol or drug abuse or dependence. 9.The patients had autoimmune diseases or significant immune interferences such as allergy infection and so on.
