Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Tanner stage pre-puberty children (evaluated by gynecologists, Tanner stage is no more than stage III). 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for blood diseases (including leukemia, aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, multiple myeloma, lymphoma, etc.); Bone marrow transplant patients include: aplastic anemia, leukemia, lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, thalassemia, etc.); 3.Sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Menstruation; 2. Abnormal sexual development (including congenital ovary dysplasia, namely Turner syndrome, XO/XY gonadal dysplasia, simple gonadal dysplasia, true hermaphroditism, congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia, androgen insensitivity syndrome); 3. Those who have received radiotherapy; 4. Tumors affecting gonadal function.
