25 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I~II; 2. Aged 2565 years; 3. elective surgery; 4. general anesthesia with tracheal intubation or laryngeal mask airway ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with nasal or upper esophageal obstruction; 2. severe uncontrolled coagulation diseases; 3. bullous disease of esophageal mucosa; 4. with unstable heart disease or other patients with poor tolerance to vagal stimulation; 5. allergic to propofol; 6. pregnant women.
