Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 40-80 years old in urological department who were going to undergo non-emergency laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia were enrolled; ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included preoperative chronic pain history, mental neurological history, severe cardiovascular disease, drug dependence history,alcoholism, Patients enrolled in other clinical trials in the last three months, Pregnancy and lactation.
