Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative imaging and laboratory examination for resectable pancreatic body and/or tail ductal adenocarcinoma; 2. Preoperative evaluation of feasible robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy; 3. Patients who are 20 years or older; 2. Patients whose ECOG performance status are 0 or 1; 4. Patients who understand the patient information form and sign informed consent; 5. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with major complications who cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Preoperative imaging examination or intraoperative exploration revealed distant metastasis; 3. Preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 4. Patients who underwent abdominal surgery; 5. Patients with other malignant tumor.
