Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. participants from primary, secondary and high school students ; 2. whose native language is Chinese ; 3. primary education level and above, can understand the experiment content and requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to perform exercise, such as disability, with cardiovascular disease and other major diseases; 2. with severe mental or physical illness.
