Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 adults, aged 18 to 60 years; 2 unilateral sudden sensorineural deafness; 3 the course of sudden deafness was 1 month, and the conventional drug treatment was ineffective (the standard of ineffective treatment was that the average increase of impaired frequency hearing was less than 15dB after conventional treatment); 4 informed consent and signing of informed consent; 5 which can insist follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 deafness of any definite cause; 2 accompanied by heart disease, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, hypertension, diabetes, abnormal coagulation, malignant diseases, hemodialysis, HBV, HCV and other serious diseases; 3 pregnancy or in 12 months pregnant women; 4 have high or unrealistic expectations for hearing improvement or recovery; 5 anxiety, depression or other history of mental illness; 6 blood system or other internal diseases cannot tolerate local anesthesia surgery; 7 previous diagnosis of immune-related diseases; 8 clinical examination data cannot be retained completely. 9 previous history of bilateral ear diseases affecting hearing; 10 allergic history of narcotic drugs.
