Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Coronary heart disease group: coronary heart disease patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery (confirmed by coronary angiography); control group: age, gender, BMI matched with coronary heart disease group, valve replacement for valvular disease or congenital heart disease patients with thoracic repair (no evidence of coronary heart disease, negative coronary angiography).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of previous PCI; history of previous thoracotomy; history of tumor; severe infection; moderate renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate 35Kg/m2 .
