Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes met the diagnostic criteria of diabetes defined by WHO in 1999. (2) aged 18-70 years. (3) siglitine monotherapy. (4) HBA1c 8%~10%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, uncontrolled hypertension, severe cerebrovascular disease, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, malignant tumor, mental illness, thyroid disease, hypoglycemia, beta blocker therapy and other people unable to complete aerobic exercise.
