Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Colorectal cancer confirmed by pathology; 2. Intestinal polyps confirmed by pathology; 3. Healthy volunteer; 4. Patients who have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other malignant tumors; 2. Patients with serious heart and lung disease; 3. The patient with a history of using antibiotics, hormones or intestinal flora preparations in 3 months before admission; 4. Patients with crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and other intestinal diseases.
