Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged >= 16 years, male or female. Clinical and histopathologic findings were consistent with primary skin amyloidosis. Histopathological examination of skin lesions showed uniform eosinophilic substances without structure by HE staining, and brick red substances by Congo red staining.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) allergic to hydroxy acid solution; (2) skin lesions have liquid leakage or combined activities of bacteria, fungi, virus infection; (3) have a history of hypertrophic scar or keloid; (4) distribution of skin skin wrinkles such as perianal, vulva; (5) have serious heart, liver, kidney damage and severe immune dysfunction: (6) before the treatment of the use of corticosteroids and immunosuppressants within 2 weeks; (7) Pregnant or nursing women and those <16 years old; (8) The use of other drugs during treatment affects the observation of the efficacy of this study.
