18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 18~85,men and women are not limited 2 Malignant biliary obstruction which was confirmed by imaging and pathological examination. 3 Failed ERCP 4 Signing of informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 those who have contraindications for endoscopy; 2 those with coagulopathy or bleeding tendency; 3 those who have contraindications to anesthesia; 4 those who have underwent PTCD or surgery for depression of obstructive jaundice; 5 pregnant and lactating women and those who are preparing for pregnancy in the near future.
