Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AA patients were recruited from China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University. They should be diagnosed with ?Computed Tomography (CT) and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging (NMRI) as AA for the first time. The age of the patients ranges from 50 to 60 with the gender balanced. The matching volunteers of Healthy Control (HC) about age and gender were also recruited. The HC subjects were not diagnosed with any diseases and also did not have any history of neurological diseases. All subjects provided the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other diseases or smoking exist.
