Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of the international alliance against epilepsy in 2005 and 2014: 1) at least 2 non-induced (or reflexive) episodes with an interval of more than 24 hours; 2) diagnosis of a certain epilepsy syndrome; 2. Rule out possible intracranial infection, autoimmune diseases and other inflammatory diseases; 3. Patients or their families have the ability to record epilepsy diary; 4. Patients can tolerate and are willing to cooperate in completing the examination required by the study, and patients and their families sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Structural integrity of amygdala was damaged, such as amygdala softening lesions and glial hyperplasia caused by trauma or vascular malformation; 2. Imaging highly suspected neoplastic lesions: accompanied by high signals of calcification, cystic degeneration and clear boundary; 3. The patient has progressive lesions, or the cognitive and general conditions are difficult to complete the examination required by the study; 4. Patients or family members cannot cooperate or refuse to cooperate.
