Interventions

blank group:Add the same amount of saline

static and unstimulated drug groups:the group contained two concentrations of both pipecuronium and vecuronium respectively

simple lipopolysaccharide (LPS) group:Blood was added to the lipopolysaccharide group

under stimulated drug groups:Lipopolysaccharide was mixed with two drugs at two concentrations

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20~40 years; weight 55~75 kg; ASA grade I.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking history; 2. Combined with acute and chronic diseases of circulation, blood, immune, respiratory, neuroendocrine and other systems; 3. Patients have taken drugs that affect immune function in the past two weeks.
