Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 65 years old, ASA I to II, take lung neoplasm resection under general anesthesia with double lumen endobronchial intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a history of difficult intubation, or a failed intubation in this study; 2. Having a history of opioid or other sedative drug abuse before surgery; 3. Liver, kidney or blood system diseases; 4. High-risk patients with reflux aspiration; 5. BMI>25kg/m2 or < 18kg /m2; 6. Severe cardiopulmonary disease before operation.
