Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) From January 2014 to June 2018, our hospital was confirmed to be a lung cancer patient by histopathological or cytological diagnosis; 2) Combined moderate to impaired lung function; 3) Due to the condition of the tumor, radical radiotherapy with radiotherapy is performed; 4) The radiotherapy dose is a conventional segmentation method, 1.8-2 Gy each time, and the total dose is 60-66 Gy; 5) The ECOG physical status score is 0-2 points; 6) Complete radiotherapy and follow up the patient regularly within 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet any of the following criteria will not be eligible for inclusion in the study: 1) Combine severe heart disease; 2) Those who have undergone major surgical procedures or major trauma before radiotherapy, or who require large surgery during treatment; 3) Patients with active tuberculosis, interstitial pneumonia, etc. who have been treated with immunosuppressants or hormones; 4) Patients with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with pulmonary function tests.
